1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Dewble website (dewble.com) and our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Dewble provides software development consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Private source code consultation, debugging, and issue resolution
- AI-powered data analysis tool development
- Custom visualization and analytics solutions
Consultations are booked through our website and processed via Stripe. Each standard consultation session is 30 minutes in duration at a flat rate of $50 USD.
3. Booking and Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. Prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of the consultation session described at the time of purchase.
4. Refund Policy
If we are unable to deliver the scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at support@dewble.com at least 24 hours before your session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund, at our discretion.
5. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitivity of proprietary source code and business data. All information shared during consultations is treated as confidential. We will not disclose, share, or use your proprietary information for any purpose other than delivering the consulting services you have engaged us for. If you require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), please contact us prior to your session and we will be happy to accommodate.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in your source code, data, and materials remain yours. Any code, fixes, or recommendations we provide during a consultation become your property upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain no rights to your proprietary materials after the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our consulting services are provided on an advisory basis. While we strive to deliver accurate, high-quality guidance:
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance improvements, or bug-free results.
- You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deploying any changes or recommendations in your own environment.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dewble’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website or services. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or affiliation when engaging with us.
9. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and booking system available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Stripe). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
